Our Kawakawa Gin starts with something most distilleries can't claim — Kawakawa leaves hand-picked from our own family farm in Masterton, combined with crisp Tararua Ranges water and whey-based spirit from grass-fed NZ dairy in Reporoa. Every ingredient has a postcode. Every sip has a story.
Head distiller Bec Kay crafted this to be a lighter, more approachable gin — earthy and peppery from the Kawakawa, with enough warmth to keep things interesting. It's the kind of bottle that earns its place on the shelf and never stays there long.
