The Bond Store Full Tour

Thanks Bec and The Bond Store for a a fantastic afternoon. We loved the informative tour - hearing about how the the business developed, the challenges, sustainability and the process of making gin and limoncello. Bec is a talented orator and there were lots of really interesting facts that had us saying 'wow'! We also enjoyed the tastings and the delicious food platter afterwards. It was a perfect start to our weekend away.

Recommended by a friend, I decided this would be a fun day trip for my birthday with a group of 8 and it was brilliant! We all learnt something new about gin, tried new gins and were even surprised with a platter that they don't tell you about so that was an added bonus! Chris and Bec were super welcoming, knowledgeable and honest about their business journey and they provided an awesome experience. Would recommend for locals and out of towners, even if you aren't normally a gin drinker as they have a variety of options!

We had such an awesome time on this tour of the Bond Store. Definitely recommend it. It was amazing to hear directly from Bec (owner and chief distiller) about how they started, how they do what they do and where they are heading as a company. Also getting to sample some of their amazing creations was fantastic. After the tour we got to sit and enjoy a drink and some delicious nibbles (locally sourced). Thanks so Tee and Bec for having us - we will be back. Love supporting a fantastic local business

I had a mate over from Oz. We love a wee tipple and especially love sampling the products of, and touring local distilleries both here in NZ and across the ditch. Becs and the team from the Bond Store were A-MAZ-ING! Everything about the place and their products feels authentic, well considered, and supports local. And the taste... well... lets just say that their Kawakawa Gin is my new fav, their cocktails are delish, and their platter of goodies over a spot of sampling while on the Coast was totally on point. Hell, we were so impressed that we stopped in again for another sesh on our way home from a jaunt up north - where sadly, we were very disappointed in another distillery that we will not name!
All I can say is keep up the awesome work, thanks for your hospitality, and all the best. Yep... we'll be back. (And we'll be sure to tell anyone and everyone about The Bond Store!!!)
