How our shipping works

We have three shipping options:

• Pickup
• Same day local delivery
• Anywhere in New Zealand

Delivery timings

We courier our products with overnight delivery to New Zealand's main centres. Other parts of the country make take an extra day or two.

How to track your order

When we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation that includes a tracking number that you can click on to get an update on your order.  If you didn't receive your tracking number, email us at kapiti@thebondstore.co.nz.

Which courier company do we use?

We use New Zealand Couriers for our deliveries. You can enter your tracking number here to check the status of your delivery.

How much is the delivery cost?

We have a flat fee of $8 per order for shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
