KOAST Baking Inspiration #3 Whipped Cream

Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 300ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp Orangecello

( alter quantities to taste, add more Orangecello if desired, we generally enjoy adding another 3 tbsp haha!) method

  • Whip together cream, vanilla and icing sugar to a smooth whipped consistency, don't over whip
  • Fold in Orangecello, then serve alongside fresh fruit or cake
