Come and experience this unique Sip & Kintsugi workshop at The Bond Store Distillery. You will get a gin tasting tray on arrival with three different gins with tonic.
Learn the magical art of Kintsugi with Artist Ema Frost. You can bring along a piece of your own pottery to restore in this beautiful style (backup pieces available if needed).
Ema Frost is a celebrated Kiwi artist who has been teaching Kintsugi for 5+ years and regularly travels to Japan to study new techniques. Her style is enchanting — quirky, feminine and colourful.
Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese art form where you fix broken pottery with gold — making its imperfections its beauty. Nothing is ever really broken, but new life and meaning is brought back, making your piece a work of art.
