A bit sweet for my taste

Great delivery and service, received product really fast.
Liked the idea but found it a bit sweet for me. They make lovely gin though.

WOW!

This is the first alcoholic drink i’ve ever liked. I’m not a fan of the taste of alcohol. I usually struggle to have a drink. This is the first drink that i’ve ever fully enjoyed. Vert subtle beautiful taste. Tried it while in Wellington. Very hard to find in Auckland. 10/10 drink. Although it’s on the expensive side, i’d say its worth it. So so good.

Not pleased

Ordered Wednesday, delivered the following monday and left on the doorstep. Really odd taste, like fizzy cough medicine.

Thanks for the feedback. As mentioned, there were some delays that week with the couriers getting to the Hawkes Bay. As we said, we followed up with NZ Couriers at the time and did our best to keep you informed as soon as we had new information.

We always send our orders as soon as we get them to aim for overnight delivery. In this case, your order was received at 4am Wednesday, was packed at 8am, and collected by the courier at 11am. As we said on the Friday, the couriers were doing their best to find the parcel when it hadn't arrived with the intention of making a special delivery on the Saturday morning. In the end it was delivered just before 8am on the Monday.

We are sincerely sorry for the delay Denise.
