Bec Kay, 45, is the chief distiller at Koakoa, making limoncello, gin and vodka on the Kāpiti Coast. The former nurse co-owns the business with husband Chris Barber, 43. The couple live in Raumati and have a 12-year-old daughter, Ruby.
