The Clover Club Cocktail
Summer in a glass!
Makes one
Ingredients
60 ml of The Bond Store Kawakawa Gin
15 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml of raspberry syrup
1 egg white
Fresh raspberries to garnish
Ice
Method
First add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled
Then, strain into your favourite cocktail glass, preferably chilled.
Then garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
