Koakoa Limoncello Mojito
Why not mix things up a bit this summer with a Koakoa Limoncello inspired Mojito!
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
- 15ml simple syrup
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, leaves stripped from the stems
- 60ml Koakoa limoncello
- Soda water
DIRECTIONSIn your favourite glass, add the lime wedges, mint and simple syrup. Use a muddler to mash the three together and combine the flavours.
Fill the glass with ice and add the limoncello. Top with soda water and stir together. Serve.
