A great sweet treat for any occasion!
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of raspberry jam
60ml of The Bond Store Kawakawa Gin
The freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
30ml of your favorite raspberry liqueur
a few pieces of ice
To make the cinnamon sugar rim, mix together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Run a wedge of lemon or lime around the rim of your best glass and dip into the bowl.
Place jam, gin and lemon juice in a small jug and whisk with a fork to combine. Spoon into glasses and top with ice. Pour over your raspberry liqueur and soda and stir gently to combine.
