Coconut Maple Citrus Fizz

This Coconut Maple Citrus Fizz cocktail combines the tropical flavors of coconut rum with the refreshing zest of limoncello, complemented by the sweetness of maple syrup and apple cider. The garnish of apple slices and a cinnamon stick adds a festive autumn flair. Cheers to that!

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Coconut Rum
  • 30 ml Koakoa Limoncello
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml pure maple syrup
  • 60 ml apple cider
  • Splash of  soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices and cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Coconut Rum, limoncello, lemon juice, maple syrup, and apple cider to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Top it off with a splash of soda water for some fizz.
  6. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for an autumn touch. If you want to go all out - try an ice cube with star anise inside!
  7. Serve and enjoy!
