Blood Orange Gin Fizz

This is a great pick-me-up for the mid-winter lull!
Makes one
Ingredients
42 ml The Bond Store Kawakawa Gin
57 ml blood orange juice
14 ml blood orange simple syrup, optional
14 ml Aperol
2 dashes orange bitters
28 ml soda water
blood orange slices and fresh mint to garnish
Method
Add ice to a cocktail mixing glass. Then add in The Bond Store Kawakawa Gin, blood orange juice, simple syrup, Aperol, and a dash of orange bitters.
Stir to combine and then strain your best glass and top with a splash of soda.
Garnish with blood orange slice and fresh mint.
