Summer Coffee Lemonade! An amazing cocktail.
- 45 ml Koakoa coffee vodka
- 30 ml Koakoa limoncello
- 60 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Soda water
- Lemon slice, for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add coffee vodka, limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top up with soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
