Limoncello Mule

- 30 ml Koakoa Limoncello, chilled
- Ice
- Quality ginger beer
- Fresh mint
- Lemons
Muddle fresh mint in a nice highball glass. Half fill glass with ice, pour limoncello in, top with ginger beer and give it a stir.
Add a sprig of fresh mint a a slice of lemon before handing this delicious triple to your friend. Easy as!
