Koakoa Orange Liqueur Margarita

1. Prepare
30 ml Koakoa Orange Liqueur
30 ml fresh local lime juice
30 ml quality tequila
Shaved Ice
Salt
Fresh Lime
2. Mix
Run a lime wedge around the top of the glass
Dip glass in salt so the rim has plenty of salt sticking to it
Give it a tap to remove excess salt
Add shaved ice to a glass. Fill to 3/4
Pour Orange Liqueur, tequila and fresh lime juice over the ice
Mix gently with a spoon
3. Serve
Add a slice of fresh orange or lime and serve that beauty up
