Welcome to our first ever Thermomix class run in conjunction with one of our favourite local distilleries The Bond Store.
This class will be showcasing some super fun nibbles and a couple of beverages which will be great for the fast approaching summer season. We will be demonstrating a number of dishes which will be showcasing some of The Bond Stores amazing gins and Koakoa Limoncello.
You must be 18 years or older to attend as it is being held at a licensed venue and there will be some tastings during the class and your ticket will include one of The Bond Stores amazing gin tasting trays.
Some of the recipes being demonstrated include:
Spiced panna cotta with orange gin jelly
G & T cocktail
Prawns with gin pickled cucumber and gin sauce
Mini Sous vide fillet steaks with gin and peppercorn sauce
Limoncello sorbet
Chicken banh mi
Portuguese bread with dips
